Greetings,

It is with great pleasure that I, on behalf of the PalMUN XIV board and the RFS community, welcome you all to the Fourteenth annual Palestinian Model United Nations conference, a conference where the leaders of tomorrow gather to negotiate global issues. Every year, the PalMUN team works tirelessly to provide Palestinian youth with a vibrant and engaging educational experience, and we highly anticipate this year's conference. 

We firmly believe that, given the deteriorating circumstances faced by our nation, it is our duty to provide educational opportunities and create a platform for Palestinian youth to engage in diplomatic discussions. In the light of the ongoing struggles, we believe that it is crucial to teach the younger generation on the operations of the UN and engage them in dialogue to foster successful future leaders that could bring prosperity to our beloved country.

I wholeheartedly encourage each and every one of you to take on this exceptional opportunity, as it provides a unique chance to develop your diplomatic, research, and public speaking skills while collaborating with peers from diverse backgrounds and stimulating the operations of the United Nations.

Personally, Model United Nations has been a transformative and integral part of my life as a student, and I have experienced the profound contribution to personal growth it fosters. Not only that, but Model UN has played a pivotal role in developing many lifelong personal skills. This year, I am looking forward to seeing high level debates, innovative solutions and ambitious speeches being brought for discussion.
